Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead Salesforce architecture and development efforts, focusing on Field Service solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including system integrations and custom development.
- Utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API consumption (e.g., via MuleSoft) for custom development.
- Serve as a Field Service Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing concepts like scheduling, optimization, and resource management.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce Field Service functionality, leveraging certification expertise.
- Work from any Tech Mahindra location across India.
