Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Utilize hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations (especially via MuleSoft) for custom Salesforce development.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Field Service concepts, including scheduling, optimization, and resource management.
- Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development best practices to deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain and leverage Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification; pursue additional relevant certifications as applicable.
- Work collaboratively across teams and locations within Tech Mahindra in India.
- Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements as needed.
