Role Overview



We are looking for a

Finance and Services Aptitude (FSA) Trainer

to deliver practical, engaging, and industry-relevant training under our CSR and skill development programs. The FSA Trainer will focus on building foundational knowledge and applied skills in

banking, insurance, financial literacy, accounting, and stock market fundamentals

for youth from underprivileged and rural backgrounds.

The role demands a trainer who can blend technical knowledge with strong communication and mentoring skills to help learners become employment-ready in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver structured training sessions on

banking, finance, accounting, insurance, and stock market concepts

to students (10+2, ITI, or graduate-level). Conduct modules on: Fundamentals of

banking and financial systems

Basics of

insurance and investment planning

Accounting principles

and book-keeping

GST, TDS, and financial documentation

Stock market basics, mutual funds, and trading awareness

Digital banking, UPI, and fintech applications

Customer relationship management and sales ethics

in BFSI sectors Incorporate

case studies, simulations, and role plays

for interactive learning. Prepare trainees for

job interviews and assessments

in BFSI-related roles. Provide

individualized mentoring and feedback

to improve trainee performance. Maintain

daily attendance, training reports, and performance documentation

. Coordinate with

placement officers and domain experts

to ensure job-readiness. Support in

curriculum development, content improvement, and training evaluations

.

Candidate Profile



Educational Qualification:



Graduate or Postgraduate in

Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

(MBA in Finance preferred). Candidates with certifications in

NISM, NCFM, Accounting Software (Tally, QuickBooks)

, or

BFSI domain training

will be given preference.

Certifications (Preferred):



Train-the-Trainer (TTT)

or

Soft Skills Trainer

Certification

NISM/NCFM

or equivalent BFSI certification

Experience Required



4-6 years of experience in

training, BFSI education, or corporate learning

, ideally within

CSR, skilling, or vocational training programs

. Prior experience in

banking operations, financial sales, accounting, or insurance advisory

will be an added advantage. Experience working with

youth from economically weaker or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds

is desirable.

Key Skills



Strong understanding of

banking, accounting, and financial systems

. Excellent

presentation and communication skills

in

English and Hindi

(regional language proficiency is an advantage). Ability to

simplify complex financial concepts

for diverse learner groups. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and

digital training tools

. Strong

mentoring, counseling, and motivational

abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and learner performance tracking.

Hindi

English

- Good working knowledge

Regional Language (Gujarati)
