Frozen Production Chef

Job Description

Prepare and cook large batches of food according to standardized recipes designed for freezing. Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality across all frozen products. Operate kitchen and industrial cooking equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor cooking, cooling, and freezing processes to ensure optimal product integrity. Package and label finished meals for freezing and distribution. Work closely with the quality control and packaging teams to meet daily production targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, BRC, USFDA etc.). Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients and report shortages. Assist in the development and testing of new frozen menu items. Adhere to all company and regulatory food safety standards. Familiar with Samosa, Naan, Paratha, Snacks, Kathi Roll, Idli-Dhosa, Subji sabji curry items and sweets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
