Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, sort and distribute mail, and operate office equipment like photocopiers. Reception Management: Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, and ensure it projects a positive image of the organization. Record Keeping: Organize and maintain office files and records, update them as needed, and perform data entry. Communication: Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, relaying messages and coordinating appointments.
