Assist customers with ticketing, seat guidance, show timings, and general queries.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate to Duty Manager if required.
2. Counter Operations
Operate POS systems for tickets and F&B counters.
Maintain accuracy in billing and cash handling.
Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours.
3. Auditorium Management
Guide guests to seats and maintain discipline inside auditoriums.
Perform pre-show and post-show checks (cleanliness, seat condition, safety).
Assist during emergency evacuations following safety protocols.
4. Food & Beverage
Prepare and serve F&B items as per standards.
Maintain hygiene and follow safety guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with team for replenishment.
5. Housekeeping & Cleanliness
Ensure lobby, restrooms, and public areas are clean and presentable.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff for quick turnarounds between shows.
6. Safety & Compliance
Follow all SOPs related to guest safety, hygiene, and theatre operations.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards & behavior guidelines.
7. Team Coordination
Work closely with Duty Managers and fellow associates for smooth operations.
Participate in training, briefings, and performance reviews.
