Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Frontend Web Designer to join our in-house team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces. This role requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles along with hands-on frontend development skills. The designer will closely collaborate with backend developers, project managers, and clients to convert concepts into functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, clean, and responsive website layouts. Convert UI designs into high-quality frontend code. Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration. Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design systems. Optimize frontend performance and page loading speed. Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements. Stay updated with the latest frontend and UI/UX trends.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

Frontend Development:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap (mandatory).

Design Tools:

Figma (mandatory), Photoshop, Adobe XD / Illustrator.

UI/UX Skills:

Wireframing, prototyping, user flow design, usability principles.

Responsive Design:

Mobile-first and adaptive layouts.

CMS Exposure:

Basic understanding of WordPress frontend structure (preferred).

Optional Skills:

jQuery, basic animation, Tailwind CSS. Strong eye for color theory, typography, spacing, and layout balance.

Experience

Minimum

2+ years of professional experience

in frontend web design and development. Experience working on real client projects is mandatory. Portfolio or live project links will be an added advantage.

Salary

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and design quality).
