As a Frontend Tech Lead at Gocomet, you will play a critical role in shaping the user interface and experience of our products. You will work in a collaborative environment, driving the development of responsive, efficient, and visually appealing web applications. Roles and Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Enforce coding standards and quality.
\xe2\x97\x8f Architect scalable frontend solutions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage frontend project tasks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Mentor and train team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Optimize performance and user experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay current with emerging technologies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain transparent communication.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with Program Managers and Designers to create engineering plans including timeframes, milestones and quality, reliability and performance goals.

Experience & Skills:
\xe2\x97\x8f 4+ years of frontend development experience.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, React, Redux, Nextjs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks.
\xe2\x97\x8f Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving and debugging skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f Commitment to continuous learning.
