Job Summary:


We are looking for a

Front-End Sales Executive

to drive industrial B2B sales by meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, coordinating proposals, and closing orders. The role involves field visits, client interaction, negotiation, and coordination with the backend team to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities:



Handle sales leads from portals (IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct on-site client meetings and technical discussions. Coordinate with the proposal and design teams for accurate offers. Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close orders. Maintain visit reports, client updates, and CRM logs.

Requirements:



Education:

B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or BBA equivalent.

Experience:

1-4 years in industrial/capital equipment sales.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding.

Other:

Must be open to travel across regions.

Salary:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
