Front-End Sales Executive
and help deliver customized conveyor system solutions to India's core industries -- Power, Cement, Steel, Mining, and more.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage with warm leads from IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and our internal team
Visit client sites, understand their challenges, and gather key technical inputs
Work closely with the proposal/design team to craft accurate solutions
Present proposals, negotiate smartly, and close deals
Manage the full sales journey -- from first visit to order confirmation
Who We're Looking For:
1-4 years of
B2B field sales
experience (Capital Equipment preferred)
Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
or
BBA
with strong technical acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills
Open to frequent travel across regions
Key Performance Metrics:
Number of
qualified meetings per month
Proposal-to-order

Timely & accurate
client reporting
Repeat business
and strong client relationships
