ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


We are looking for an experienced

Frontend Developer

with strong expertise in building

Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)

or similar large-scale, user-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI/UX collaboration, responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT

Develop, enhance, and maintain

LXP interfaces

using modern frontend technologies (React/Angular/Vue). Implement

modular, reusable, and scalable components

aligned with design standards. Optimize applications for

maximum speed, scalability, and performance

.

LXP-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and customize

learning modules, dashboards, course players, catalogs, user journeys

, etc. Integrate the UI with

learning APIs

such as

SCORM, xAPI, LTI

(preferred). Work closely with product teams to create highly engaging

learning experiences

.

ARCHITECTURE & TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP

Collaborate on UI architecture and contribute to frontend technical decisions. Ensure frontend code follows best practices including

security, accessibility (WCAG), SEO

, and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and performance audits.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Work with

UX/UI designers

to implement pixel-perfect, responsive layouts. Collaborate with

backend engineers

to integrate services and APIs. Support QA teams in debugging, issue resolution, and test case reviews.

QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Adopt modern tools and practices like

CI/CD, automated testing, linting, version control

. Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to learning platforms and frontend development.

Required Skills & Experience

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

, and modern frameworks (React/Angular). Expertise in

HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap

, responsive & adaptive UI. Experience working with

REST APIs, GraphQL

. Knowledge of

state management

(Redux, NgRx, Context API, MobX). Understanding of

SCORM/xAPI/LTI

is highly preferred. Experience with

Webpack, Vite, Babel

or similar build tools.
