Espressif has opened a Technology Center in Pune(Baner), India, which will focus on embedded software engineering and IoT solutions development for our growing customers.

About the Role

Espressif\xe2\x80\x99s ESP-RainMaker is a paradigm shifting IoT cloud platform that provides seamless connectivity to IoT devices to mobile apps, voice assistants and other services. It is designed with scalability, security, reliability and operational cost at the centre.

It\xe2\x80\x99s highly desirable that the candidate has an earlier experience of working on development of Frontend applications.

We are looking for Frontend Engineers who will be responsible for -

• Working closely with Product management and Backend engineering teams to develop highly available Web applications.
• Grasp the user needs and make the Web interfaces of Espressif Products more User friendly and intuitive.
• Refine Frontend architecture to include industry trends and reduce time to production.
• Develop Proof of Concepts and present it to internal stakeholders.
• Develop Production ready code and perform troubleshooting of the Frontend issues.
• Optimising Frontend components for performance for variety of webcapable devices and browsers.

Minimum Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science with minimum 3 years of experience in building Frontend Web applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Strong development experience in React.js and the related components like Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with developing responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with common front-end development tools like NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with Node.js and there Javascript frameworks like Angular.js
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
• Strong analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services like S3, CloudFront will be added advantage.
• Early joiners preferred.

• Next, post shortlisting your profile recruiter will get in touch with you via a mechanism that works for you e.g. via email, phone. This will be a short chat to learn more about your background and interests, to share more about the job and Espressif, and to answer any initial questions you have.
• Successful candidates will then be invited for 2 to 3 rounds of the technical interviews as per the previous round feedback.
• Finally, Successful candidates will have interviews with HR.
