About the Role

We are looking for a

Frontend Developer

with at least 2 years of experience who is passionate about creating seamless web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in

React.js

and

Flutter

, but also communicates clearly in English and takes full ownership of their work--from ideation to delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using

React.js

. Build and deploy cross-platform mobile applications with

Flutter

. Take ownership of assigned features, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Collaborate effectively with designers, backend engineers, and product managers. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience across devices. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve applications. Clearly communicate progress, challenges, and solutions in English during team discussions.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience

in frontend development. Proficiency in

React.js

(hooks, state management, lifecycle methods). Experience in

Flutter

for mobile app development (Android & iOS). Strong command of

JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Dart

. Excellent

English communication skills

(both written and verbal). Proven ability to

take ownership

of tasks and deliver independently. Experience integrating

REST APIs

and working with Git/GitHub. Understanding of

UI/UX principles

and ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).

Nice to Have

Experience with

state management libraries

(Redux, Provider, Bloc, etc.). Exposure to

Firebase/AWS

or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with

unit testing

and

CI/CD pipelines

. Prior experience working in

Agile/Scrum

teams.
