React.js, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and Nx Module Federation
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications following modular architecture principles. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences across our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js and Redux Toolkit (RTK).
Implement micro-frontend architecture using Nx and Module Federation for modular codebases.
Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for dynamic, data-driven user interfaces.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues or bugs.
Contribute to component libraries and shared design systems for consistency across projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development using React.js.
Strong proficiency in Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK) for state management.
Experience with Nx Monorepo architecture and Webpack Module Federation (Micro-Frontends).
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.
Familiarity with component-driven development and tools like Storybook (optional but preferred).
Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations using RTK Query or similar.
Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have:
Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Chakra UI, or ShadCN/UI.
Familiarity with Next.js, Vite, or Webpack 5 configuration.
Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Knowledge of design systems and frontend architecture patterns.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
