Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer (3-5 years experience) to build and maintain modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in frontend technologies, experience working on complex user interfaces, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, integrating frontend components with backend services, and ensuring performance, usability, and maintainability of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.

• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code.

• Build component-based user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).

• Implement role-based access and state-driven UI workflows.

• Handle asynchronous operations, data fetching, and error handling.

• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA, and product teams.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.

• Write maintainable code and support testing and debugging efforts.

Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Frontend Technologies

• 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with React.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.

UI & UX

• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI principles.

• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to implement pixel-perfect designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Development Practices

• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud-hosted web applications.

• Familiarity with authentication and authorization flows.

• Experience handling file uploads and document-heavy interfaces.

• Exposure to performance optimization and accessibility standards.

• Basic understanding of frontend security best practices.
