Roles and Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration & Requirement Gathering

Conduct regular meetings with the Marketing Team to discuss new ideas, campaigns, and technical feasibility.

Gather requirements from stakeholders, ensure clarity, and translate them into actionable development tasks.

Ensure timely delivery of requirements with proper communication and updates.

2. Front-End Development

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

Implement best practices for accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaborate with designers to deliver seamless user experiences.

3. Website Development & Maintenance

Build, update, and optimize HTML websites for speed, SEO, and usability.

Develop and customize WordPress websites including themes, plugins, and integrations.

Ensure smooth content updates and bug fixes.

4. Next.js & Sanity CMS Development

Develop dynamic and scalable websites using Next.js integrated with Sanity CMS.

Manage structured content workflows and build reusable components.

Implement localization, SEO optimization, and custom integrations as required.

5. Server Monitoring & Configuration

Monitor, maintain, and configure GoDaddy hosting environments.

Handle DNS setup, SSL certificates, email configurations, and security settings.

Ensure smooth server operations with minimal downtime.
