We are looking for someone with 3+ years experience in building front end applications from scratch using ReactJs/NextJS Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, Native Javascript concepts Keen sense of good user experience Ability to translate responsive UI/UX designs into a pixel-perfect final product Good knowledge of industry-standard development & deployment practices Ability to explore & adopt new/innovative technologies on the fly Creative thinker with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills Prior working experience in a startup is a plus Experience in mobile development frameworks like React Native or Ionic is a plus Experience in building PWAs is a plus The developer would be responsible for Working with product/project managers closely to deliver a high-performance product Getting involved during the product/feature ideation stage & give feasibility input Integrating third-party libraries, backend APIs Help product teams build MVPs & repeated iterations for product-market fit Occasionally add/modify features in the existing web apps Explore new technologies & identify areas where we can adopt them Take complete ownership of end to end development of tech features impacting business metrics
