We are looking for a creative and skilled

Mid-Level Web Designer/Front-End Developer

with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate excels at translating UI/UX designs into high-performance, responsive, and accessible digital interfaces. You will be instrumental in building the user-facing side of our applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong emphasis on

Key Responsibilities

Design Implementation:

Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to accurately translate wireframes and visual designs (e.g., from Figma or Sketch) into clean, functional code.

Component Development:

Build reusable, high-quality

React components

and integrate them into our existing component library.

Application Development:

Develop and maintain web pages and dynamic features using the

Next.js

framework, leveraging its features for routing, server-side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG).

Cross-Browser and Responsiveness:

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs across various devices and browsers, maintaining pixel-perfect fidelity and optimal performance.

Core Technologies:

Write semantic

HTML5

(using practices like BEM, or frameworks like Tailwind/SASS), and highly performant, modern

JavaScript (ES6+)

Performance:

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensure robust error handling and security practices on the front end.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of

6 Months and upto 3 years

of professional experience in front-end web development or design implementation.

React/Next.js Proficiency:

Deep working knowledge and proven experience with

React.js

and its ecosystem, and practical experience developing applications with

Next.js

.

Core Web Languages:

Expertise in

HTML5

CSS3

, and modern

JavaScript (ES6+)

.

Styling Expertise:

Experience with modern CSS techniques, including responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, and familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or utility-first frameworks (Tailwind CSS).

Design-to-Code:

Excellent ability to interpret design specifications and ensure visual consistency in the final product.

Tooling:

Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack/Vite) and version control using
