About the role:

• Profile - Frontend Engineer
• Role - Full-time
• Grade - Engineer / Sr. Engineer
• Location - Ahmedabad (preferred) / Remote
• Work hours - Mon to Fri / Day Shift

You will be:

• Designing and developing a scalable frontend for our web applications
• Partnering closely with Product Owner and tech lead to discover, design, develop and deploy great financial tools and products that provide meaningful value to our customers
• Defining, coding, testing and deploying new features with an emphasis on extensibility and performance
• Utilizing the latest techniques in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (ReactJS) to design and develop user interfaces and experiences for our customers
• Ensuring best development practices, participate in code reviews, and strive to innovate in UI development
• Developing Unit tests and deploying components
• Integrating UI application with rest APIs
• Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Working independently on deliverables but also participating in a very collaborative environment with teammates from various backgrounds coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using Reactjs
• Prior experience in frontend development for a B2B/ SaaS product
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Deep knowledge of library Redux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
• Good understanding of Html, CSS
• knowledge of Jquery
• Decent communication skills
