Job Title: Frontend Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Frontend Developer with a strong focus on UI development. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of modern web technologies and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality, responsive user interfaces. This position requires strong expertise in mobile-first design, modern JavaScript frameworks, and frontend performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend code adhering to industry best practices.

Convert design files from tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch into pixel-perfect, responsive UI.

Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility for web applications.

Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend architecture and code quality.

Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.

Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to enhance the user experience.

Create reusable UI components and maintain component libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications (3-5 Years of Experience):

Strong expertise in mobile-first development and responsive design.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, Bootstrap).

Ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI from design files.

Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework: ReactJS, Angular, or Next.js.

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).

Experience integrating with REST APIs and working with JSON data structures.

Good knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Understanding of SEO-friendly markup and best practices.

Experience with version control tools, specifically Git, and modern branching workflows.

Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or Gulp.

Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API, NgRx).

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Understanding of browser rendering processes, lazy loading, and responsive image techniques.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with AI-powered developer tools to enhance coding productivity.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
