Responsibilities

Projects can range from building simple micro-applications that display data in a custom format, to building completely bespoke UI's that allow for drag and drop project work plan creation.

We primarily build products that integrate with Clarizen, which is our out-of-the-box PPM solution. All of our products are built using VueJs (using Vue-CLI) and vanilla ES6 Javascript as the frontend framework.

• Build fully realised API driven client-side applications
• Writing Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Using pre-existing components to realise the designer's vision (we use Vuetify)
• Supporting applications already in production
• Investigating issues, determining a solution then implement and deploy
• Writing Tech Spec's - planning what you will build and how
• Testing - you will be expected to run all your work through test scripts before handing to QA
• Documentation - after every feature build you will need to write documentation outlining how your feature works.

Skills/Experience

• 3+ years' experience professionally as a frontend developer
• Comfortable with developing on a Windows machine
• Comfortable working with CommandLine (CMD)
• Comfortable with using CLI's

Very Comfortable working with JavaScript * ES6

• JS Modules
• JSX
• Bable

Comfortable writing non-jQuery JavaScript (our frontend architecture does not incorporate jQuery by design)

• Experience working with API's
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React or VueJs)

Experience with VueJs is ideal

• WebPack - An understanding of the concepts and its purpose
• HTML
• SCSS/CSS - We expect a thorough understanding of modern CSS (FlexBox, Grid, Transform, Translate and other modern properties)

Experience working with predefined component libraries (BootStrap, Materialise, Vuetify etc...)

• Experience in working on large applications
• Experience with project management, resource management and time tracking systems are highly desirable
• Experience in building intuitive sophisticated UI's

Qualifications

Must be IT graduate
