Role Overview

We are looking for a

Front-end Architect

to define and own the

front-end architecture

of large-scale, enterprise-grade web platforms. This role focuses on

system design, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability

rather than feature delivery alone.

You will set technical direction, design component systems, and guide multiple teams building complex admin and operational products.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & System Design

Define and own the

front-end architecture

across multiple React applications. Design scalable

component systems, design systems, and shared UI libraries

. Establish architecture standards using

React, TypeScript, micro-frontend patterns

, and modular design. Drive decisions around

state management

, data flow, and rendering strategies. Architect solutions for

high-traffic, data-intensive dashboards

.

Engineering Leadership

Review and approve architectural designs and critical PRs. Guide teams on

performance optimization

, bundle splitting, and lazy loading. Work with backend architects to define

API contracts, error handling, and caching strategies

. Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on architecture and best practices.

Platform Excellence

Own front-end security practices including

RBAC, authentication flows, and permission models

. Drive

CI/CD standards

, testing strategies, and code quality tooling. Ensure long-term maintainability, scalability, and upgrade paths.

Required Skills

9-12 years

of front-end engineering experience with strong architectural ownership. Expert-level React.js knowledge with

TypeScript

. Deep understanding of

component-driven architecture

and

micro-frontend systems

. Strong experience with

Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Context API

. Proven experience architecting

enterprise admin platforms

. Expertise in

performance profiling, browser internals, and optimization techniques

. Strong leadership, technical decision-making, and communication skills.
