Job Description

1. Manage and process hotel reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to reservations.

3. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., front office, sales) to ensure seamless guest experience.

4. Monitor and manage room inventory, rates, and availability.

5. Process cancellations, modifications, and amendments to reservations.

6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and revenue management strategies.

7. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high guest satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimize occupancy rates.

9. Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special offers.

10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
