6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and revenue management strategies.
7. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimize occupancy rates.
9. Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special offers.
10. Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations.
