Overview:
BCCM is seeking qualified and dynamic Front Office & Travel & Tourism Faculty members to train and mentor students in Hotel Management and Tourism programs. The ideal candidates must possess strong subject knowledge, industry experience, and the ability to deliver practical, skill-based training.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct theory and practical classes for Front Office Operations, Guest Handling, Reservations, Check-in/Check-out, Customer Service, and PMS software.
Deliver Travel & Tourism sessions including Tour Planning, Ticketing, Itinerary Preparation, Travel Documentation, Visa Processes, Geography, Tourism Products, and GDS basics.
Prepare lesson plans, study material, presentations, and practical demonstrations as per curriculum.
Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and support examination processes.
Train students in communication skills, grooming, personality development, and industry etiquette.
Guide students during workshops, industrial visits, study tours, and tourism projects.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of classes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management / Travel & Tourism / Hospitality.
2-5+ years of relevant teaching or industry experience.
Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, hospitality systems, GDS basics, and tourism workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to conduct engaging practical sessions and industry-oriented training.
