Job Description

Training Development:

Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.

Training Delivery:

Conduct classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentoring sessions to educate staff on front office procedures and best practices.

Assessment:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

Policy and Procedure Implementation:

Ensure front office staff understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Customer Service Training:

Provide training on effective customer service techniques, including handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and building positive relationships.

Technology Training:

Train staff on using PMS, reservation systems, and other relevant technology.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

Work to improve the overall guest experience through training and guidance.

Performance Monitoring:

Track staff performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.

5 years of industry experience & 1 year of teaching experience in Front Office



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Day shift Morning shift
