Assist in welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Support the check-in and check-out process under supervision.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs.
Front Desk Operations
Learn and operate the Property Management System (PMS).
Assist in managing room keys, room allocations, and updating guest profiles.
Help maintain front desk records, registers, and daily reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status updates.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls professionally.
Reservations & Billing
Support the team in handling reservation requests via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
Learn to prepare bills, accept payments, and maintain cash handling procedures.
Ensure accuracy in accounts posting and settlements.
Administration
Maintain the front office area in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition.
Assist in preparing daily occupancy reports and handover notes.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
