Key Responsibilities:
Assist with guest check-in and check-out
Handle guest inquiries and phone calls politely
Support reservation and billing activities
Coordinate with housekeeping for room status
Maintain front desk records and logs
Learn PMS/IDS/Opera operations
Ensure lobby cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn hospitality operations
Pleasant personality and grooming
