Front Office & Telecommunication Executive
to manage clinic appointments, coordinate with high-profile clients, and ensure a smooth communication flow. The ideal candidate must maintain excellent etiquette, have strong communication skills, and be able to represent the clinic with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups effectively.
Communicate with
high-profile clients
with courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Coordinate appointment schedules between doctors, clients, and internal teams.
Maintain proper records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
Provide front-office support when required (greeting clients, guiding walk-ins).
Ensure the reception/telecommunication area is organized and presentable.
Manage WhatsApp, SMS, and email communication for appointment reminders.
Handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Assist in daily operational support of the clinic.
Skills & Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in tele-calling, telecommunication, front office, or receptionist roles.
Excellent spoken
English
and professional communication skills.
Presentable
, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Strong coordination, time management, and client-handling ability.
Ability to speak politely and maintain professionalism with premium clientele.
Must stay within
3 km
of the clinic location (mandatory).
