Front Office & Telecalling Executive

for our Chennai branch.

The ideal candidate will handle telecalling, sales & marketing support, and front office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between students, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

telecalling

for lead generation and student enquiries. Assist in

sales and marketing activities

to promote courses and generate admissions.

Coordinate interviews

with candidates and clients. Manage

fees collection

and maintain accurate records of bills and receipts. Handle

front desk operations

, including walk-in inquiries. Follow up on

student and client inquiries

promptly. Maintain and update data in the company's

CRM software

.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Strong verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience in

telecalling, sales support, or front office management

preferred.
