The Front Office Support/Telecaller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing patient/service enquiries, promoting hospital services, coordinating appointments, maintaining call logs, and supporting overall patient relationship activities. The role ensures courteous communication, timely follow-ups, accurate information sharing, and supports the hospital's branding and service outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / HS Passed with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred).
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / customer service (healthcare preferred).
Computer proficiency - MS Office / Excel / CRM usage.
Good telephone etiquette, persuasive skills, and patient handling ability.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
