Job Description

Team Supervision

: Lead, train, and motivate front office staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Guest Services

: Oversee check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency

: Monitor daily front desk operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Administrative Duties

: Manage reservations, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on front office activities, such as occupancy rates and revenue.

Customer Experience

: Ensure a welcoming and professional environment, addressing guest needs and enhancing their experience.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to coordinate services and resolve issues.

Training and Development

: Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve staff performance.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
