We are looking for a dedicated and energetic

Front Office Supervisor

to join the team at Skylar Seaview Resort. You will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service during both day and night operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

Supervise daily front desk operations, including Check-in/Check-out procedures, reservations, and guest handling.

Team Management:

Assist the FOM in training, scheduling, and monitoring the performance of Front Office Associates.

Guest Satisfaction:

Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.

Night Operations:

Manage the Night Shift independently when rostered, including running the Night Audit and ensuring resort security and quiet hours.

Reporting:

Prepare shift reports and daily logs for the FOM.

Requirements

Gender:

Male candidates preferred (due to night shift operational requirements).

Flexibility:

Must be willing to work

rotational shifts

, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Front Office role (Resort experience is a plus).

Skills:

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) and proficiency in Hotel Management Software (PMS).

Attitude:

Professional grooming, problem-solving mindset, and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
