Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations including guest check-in/check-out and guest relations
Supervise and coordinate with
housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, and other operational teams
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation
Coordinate with management for smooth day-to-day operations
Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across departments
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in hospitality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle multiple departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen coordination)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a hill-station environment
