Manage check-in, check-out, billing, and reservation processes.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper maintenance of front desk records, registers, and reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest requirements.
Monitor lobby cleanliness, guest movement, and service standards.
Train and mentor new front office team members.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and hospitality standards.
Manage staff duty roster and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service protocols.
