As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our hospitality team, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will lead the front desk operations with enthusiasm, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while managing daily tasks and supervising staff. What you'll do



Supervise front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests. Lead and motivate a dynamic team, providing training and support to enhance customer service skills. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and maintain compliance with hotel policies. Manage multi-line phone systems, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette while assisting guests. Foster strong guest relations by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations during their stay. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Maintain records of hotel experiences, ensuring all guest feedback is addressed promptly.

Basic qualifications



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Preferred qualifications



Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Previous experience in front desk operations or resort environments is a plus. Familiarity with night audit processes and financial reporting in a hotel setting.
