Handle incoming calls, provide information, and forward calls to the appropriate department.
Managing Reception Area:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Maintaining Visitor Logs:
Keep a log of visitors and ensure security protocols are followed
Customer Service:
Address general inquiries in person or by phone, offering assistance as needed.
Administrative Support:
Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.
Maintain Office Calendar:
Ensure meeting rooms are scheduled, and resources are available for meetings
Experience:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
