Job Responsibilities

:

Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over calls. Follow up on customer calls and queries to ensure resolution. Process and track online orders efficiently, including follow-ups. Handle payment follow-ups and collections over the phone. Manage inward and outward stock with precision and accuracy.

Qualifications

:

Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor. Basic computer proficiency to manage orders and stock records. Multitasking capabilities to handle diverse responsibilities. Prior experience in customer service or front office work is a plus.
