To act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring smooth administrative operations and a welcoming environment that reflects the academic discipline and professionalism of Saitechinfo.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Reception & Communication
Greet and guide students, parents, and visitors courteously.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email queries regarding admissions, schedules, and courses.
Maintain daily communication logs and appointment registers.
Coordinate with faculty for class updates, test schedules, and parent-teacher meetings.
B. Student Administration
Manage student enquiry forms, registration, and admission documentation.
Maintain attendance records and daily student report logs.
Issue ID cards, fee receipts, and progress reports under direction from accounts and academic staff.
Coordinate test schedules, results display, and worksheet distribution.
C. Office & Record Management
Maintain files, student records, and correspondence (digital & physical).
Schedule appointments for the Director or Academic Head.
Maintain discipline and visitor logbooks.
Support in event coordination, circular distribution, and academic data entry (Google Sheets/Excel).
D. Financial & Support Duties
Collect fees through cash, UPI, or GPay (?9444929163).
Record daily collections and hand over reports to accounts.
Maintain petty cash and expense register.
3. Qualification & Experience
Graduate (preferably B.Com / B.A / B.Sc with computer knowledge).
Minimum 1-2 years experience in front office / academic administration.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and WhatsApp communication.
English fluency and Tamil communication essential.
Smart presentation and punctuality mandatory.
4. Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Pleasant personality with student-friendly attitude.
Record accuracy and confidentiality in handling data.
Knowledge of Saitechinfo portals preferred.
If the required skill is not possessed by the candidate, she has to undergo a training.
5. Working Hours
Monday-Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Weekly off: Sunday
Occasional support for weekend online classes or events.
