Key Responsibilities
Front Office Duties:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Manage billing coordination, documentation, and record maintenance
Ensure smooth front desk and office operations
Operational Management:
Coordinate daily branch operations and staff activities
Monitor task completion, service follow-ups, and reporting
Liaise with management, vendors, and internal departments
Ensure operational policies and procedures are followed
Support branch performance and workflow optimization
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Degree (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, basic billing software)
Leadership and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and handle responsibility independently
Prior experience in office administration or operations preferred
