Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-organized
Front Office Executive (Service)
to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service center. The role involves handling customer inquiries, job card opening, service coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in line with Tata Motors' service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
Register vehicles and prepare job cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop team for job allocation and updates.
Provide customers with accurate service timelines and updates on vehicle status.
Handle inbound calls, service bookings, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain service records, invoices, and proper documentation.
Collect customer feedback and support CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) improvement.
Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to Service Advisors/Workshop Manager.
Ensure smooth front desk operations with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
Requirements:
Graduate (Any discipline) / Diploma in Automobile preferred.
2-4 years of experience
in front office/customer service (Automobile industry preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/ERP systems.
Customer-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
