Should Manage and Handle all the enquires generated through Walk-ins, Leads and Telephone.
Responsible for conversion of enquires and leads into memberships.
Prompt updation of the day to day sales and member details.
Responsibilities and Duties
To attend all the enquiries and accordingly collect the filled in enquiry sheets.
Members Details should be maintained in the respective register.
Should convert the enquiry by highlighting the values of the Studio.
Follow up calls should be made on daily basis to the enquires and members for renewal if any.
Should have a frequent check on the trainers if work out and assessments cards are given to the members.
Should be capable of handling the social media account of the Studio.
