Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
Understand customer requirements and guide them through the Nexa vehicle lineup.
Assist in explaining features, pricing, finance options, and test-drive procedures.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure timely communication.
Manage front office activities, handle inquiries (phone & walk-ins), and schedule appointments.
Ensure the showroom ambience and customer lounge are maintained as per Nexa standards.
Support in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in automobile sales or customer-facing roles.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam.
Appearance:
