We are seeking a passionate, professional, and sales-driven Front Office & Sales Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our students and parents.
This role combines administrative efficiency with sales engagement, ensuring a welcoming environment while driving student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office & Administration
Greet and welcome all students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; direct them appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front office area with marketing materials.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record maintenance, and coordination.
2. Sales & Enrollment
Engage with potential students and parents to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate lead and sales data using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as defined by the management.
Requirements
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malayalam
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM software.
Attitude:
Positive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
