Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations.
Manage room bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries (phone, email, online portals).
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel assistance.
Ensure smooth coordination between front office and housekeeping.
Deliver excellent guest service with a professional and friendly attitude.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Previous experience in front office/reception/reservations preferred (freshers may also apply).
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, booking portals).
Polite, professional, and guest-oriented personality.
