Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism.
Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
Build and maintain

to enhance client satisfaction.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room coordination.
Support customer onboarding, documentation, and service requests.
Maintain front office records, visitor logs, and client interaction details.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly.

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Hospitality / related field.
1-3 years' experience in
front office, customer service, or relationship management
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with customer-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and front desk systems
.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle clients with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospitality, corporate front office, or client-facing roles.
Fluency in English and local language(s).
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
