Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally and maintain visitor records.
Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
Manage the office inventory and reorder supplies as needed
Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed
Maintain timely renewal of service contracts (like ACs, Fire Extinguishers, Pest Control, etc.)
Arrange for repairs & maintenance of office equipment.
Maintaining proper checklist related to housekeeping activities.
Provide information to visitors and employees.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Find suppliers and quotation for office expense
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Front Office in any industry
Bachelor's degree in related field.
