Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and professional
Front Office Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a background in the service or hospitality industry. This role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling calls, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally, screening and forwarding as needed. Schedule meetings and coordinate office activities.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor management.
Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient workflow.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
1 year in the service or hospitality industry (
preferred).
3 years of total work experience (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and a pleasing personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(preferred).
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and grace.
Familiarity with front office procedures and security protocols.
