Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for guests, the Front Office Receptionist at The Oscar Regency plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel's PMS (Property Management System).

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room readiness and guest needs.

Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
