Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle courier, parcel, and mail distribution
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist in basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support HR or admin team with attendance records and employee coordination
Handle basic office supplies inventory and requisitions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
