Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a courteous and professional manner Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless operations Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service Maintain proper records and reports using front office systems Provide guests with information about resort activities, surroundings, and safaris Handle complaints efficiently and ensure quick resolutions

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in front office or guest relations in the hospitality sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using front office management systems and basic computer tools A calm, professional, and friendly demeanor Fluency in English and Malayalam; additional languages are a plus Must be open to living and working in a

rainforest environment

Preference will be given to candidates passionate about

forest ambience, eco-living
